I have been using Alliance hemp products for over 4 years. The gummies l use (Lit) are excellent for pain and muscle relaxation which allows me to function as a normal person.

They made me very dried out and irritable the next day! I did sleep extra deep

Everyone responds a little differently to full-spectrum CBD, so we’d recommend trying one of two things if you decide to give them another shot:

* Taking them a little earlier in the evening instead of right before bed.
* Trying a slightly smaller serving to see if that gives you the benefits without the next-day grogginess.
