Loooove your products however we've had issues with capsules not being "full" and bottles that leaked in the shipping box.

A small amount of leaking can occasionally happen since these are small batch, handmade capsules. That said, we do use a semi automated machine that fills each capsule with a precise amount, so they should never be partially filled. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can look into it and make sure everything is working exactly as it should.
